Training Agreement / Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation and Payment
The Organizer secures instructors specifically for the Participant.
Payment shall be made as follows:
- 30% of the lesson fee must be paid no later than one (1) month before the lesson date.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before the lesson.
2. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Less than one (1) month before the lesson date: 30% of the lesson fee
- Less than one (1) week before the lesson date: 50% of the lesson fee
- Within three (3) days of the lesson date, including the day before and the lesson day: 100% of the lesson fee
If the lesson cannot be held due to weather, snow conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances, 20% of the lesson fee will be charged.
This 20% covers the minimum staff cost, as the Organizer secures external staff in advance for the Participant’s training.
3. Ski Resort and Meeting Point
The Participant shall meet at the designated place and time as instructed by the Organizer.
The ski resort may be changed depending on snow conditions, weather, or other circumstances.
If a non-partner ski resort is used, additional costs, including staff transportation fees and lift tickets, may be charged.
4. Communication
All further communication regarding the lessons will be conducted directly via WhatsApp.
5. Injuries and Liability
Injuries caused by the Organizer’s negligence will be covered by the Organizer’s insurance, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
The Organizer will not be responsible for injuries caused by the Participant ignoring instructions or acting against the lesson content.
6. Conduct and Safety
Any behavior that ignores the Organizer’s instructions or disturbs other skiers may result in immediate termination of the lesson. In such cases, 100% of the lesson fee will be payable.
Helmets and appropriate protective gear must be worn at all times during the lesson.
7. Lift Tickets
Lift tickets are not included in the lesson fee and must be purchased separately by the Participant.
8. Changes to the Training Schedule
The training schedule, including lesson dates, times, locations, and training content, may be changed due to snow conditions, weather, ski resort operations, competitions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
The Organizer will inform the Participant of any changes as soon as possible.
The Participant understands and agrees that reasonable schedule changes may be necessary during the training period.
If the Participant is unable to attend a lesson because of a schedule change made by the Organizer, the Organizer and the Participant will first try to arrange another suitable date.
If another suitable date cannot be arranged, no cancellation fee will be charged for that lesson. Any payment already made for that lesson will be refunded or applied to another lesson, as agreed between the Organizer and the Participant.
