Coaching Agreement
This agreement is for coaching during WJ Training.
1. Coaching Dates and Training
Coaching will be provided on the following five days:
- August 12, 2026
- August 13, 2026
- August 15, 2026
- August 16, 2026
- August 18, 2026
The coaching includes ski and training instruction during WJ Training.
2. Coaching Fee and Payment
The coaching fee is JPY 10,000 per day.
The total coaching fee for five days is JPY 50,000 per athlete.
The full amount must be paid before the training starts on August 12, 2026.
3. Cancellation and Absence
After this agreement is accepted, no refund will be given if the athlete cancels or does not attend the training for personal reasons.
If coaching cannot be provided because of weather, facility conditions, or other unavoidable reasons, the coaching may be moved to another date or the fee for that day may be refunded after discussion between both parties.
4. Facility Fees
Facility fees are not included in the coaching fee.
Each athlete must pay their own facility fees and any other personal expenses.
5. Meeting Place and Time
The athlete must come to the place and time specified by the coach.
The training place, time, or training content may be changed because of weather, facility conditions, or other unavoidable reasons.
6. Communication
All communication about the coaching will be made mainly through LINE.
7. Injuries and Liability
If an injury is caused by the coach’s negligence, it will be handled within the coverage of the coach’s insurance.
The coach is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by the athlete not following the coach’s instructions or acting against the training instructions.
8. Safety and Conduct
The athlete must follow all safety instructions given by the coach.
If the athlete does not follow instructions, acts dangerously, or causes problems for other people, the coaching may be stopped.
When skiing, the athlete must wear a helmet and any necessary protective equipment.
